How is it that at after 39 years, when I have a long, busy, somewhat stressful day.... my first inclination is to still turn to these:

its that whole ocercoming the natural man thing!
Why not turn to all of it... I eat and read all the time... and my kids read scriptures every morning in their sleep! It's working well for us...
